About this Class
The Evolve Yoga Experience offers guided Body Sculpt and Stretch & Flow classes designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Led by Instructor Echo Dongallo, each session creates a calm and supportive environment where students of all levels can move with intention, reconnect with themselves, and grow through mindful practice.

Booking Policy
Rebooking is not allowed within 24 hours of your scheduled class. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, as we will CLOSE our doors 5 minutes after the start time since full warm up is required for safety. Late arrivals and no shows cannot be rescheduled.
